Bilingual Driving School has a simple philosophy. We aim to be the kind of company that good instructors would work for and have the kind of good instructors that customers would want to learn with and to be happy to pay for.
For us, it's all about fairness. We don't think people expect the cheapest price will give the best quality. Customers know this or learn this the hard way. We therefore aim to give the best possible quality for the fairest possible price. We think this is REAL VALUE!
We buy the best cars and recruit the best instructors. We re-train staff to improve standards and keep everyone up to date and we maintain cars to improve reliability.
 
We have become the largest of the Yaoundé  based schools and we believe that our Yaoundé roots give us an edge over bigger companies that come into the city from elsewhere.

BDS is  committed to being around for many years to come. The 20 years we have been in Yaoundé is only the beginning. We know that our long term future depends on delivering our customers the opportunity and chance to pass their driving test first time. We give financial incentives to our instructors to reward them for good pass rates.




We Value Our Staff
When the teachers are happy, the pupils are happy. BDS offer the best possible package to our instructors and give plenty of support to our staff. We know we can't please everyone all the time, but we are determined to try and try again. By looking after our staff, we believe we can ensure they look after you. We don't have shareholders, we're not owned by corperations or some distant guy in a far off town, we are on your doorstep and we're here for you.
